CHALET SONNENHOF BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS BOOKING CONDITIONS All prices include GST Rates are per person Child rate applies when sharing with 2 adults A deposit of 50% of total cost is required within 7 days of making a booking Balance due 4 weeks prior to arrival CANCELLATIONS Within 8 weeks of arrival 100% of deposit is non-refundable. Reservation may be cancelled without notice if monies are not received by due date. A cancellation fee of $50 per person will apply to reservations altered after deposit has been paid. TRAVEL INSURANCE We strongly recommend you insure against loss of deposit in the event of having to cancel your reservation for any reason.
