If you can no longer make your trip to Chalet Sonnenhof, all cancellations must be advised and acknowledged in writing via email to snow@sonnenhof.com.au. Please allow 48 hours for a response and for confirmation.

Please also keep in mind that there is a 10% cancellation fee of the total booking for any bookings cancelled 4 weeks or more prior to the arrival date. Cancellations and no shows made 27 days or less to prior to the arrival date will incur a 100% cancellation fee equal to their total accommodation costs.
